Acceptance of Terms

By using Homeify ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Homeify is a family organisation platform that provides shared calendars, a board, chores, shopping lists, meal planning, and related features.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions and Billing

Homeify offers a Free plan and paid Standard and Pro subscriptions. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of Pro; when the trial ends without a subscription, the account continues on the Free plan. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which the account continues on the Free plan. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

Homeify is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
